Warranty Statement – Mindray ePM 12MA Patient Monitor The Mindray ePM 12A Patient Monitor is covered by a standard three (3) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty Coverage Includes: - Repair or replacement of defective hardware components - Labor for authorized service performed by certified technicians - Firmware updates released within the warranty period Warranty Exclusions: - Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation - Routine maintenance, calibration, and consumable accessories (e.g., electrodes, cables, cuffs) - Cosmetic damage not affecting device functionality To initiate a warranty claim, customers must present a valid proof of purchase and contact an authorized Mindray distributor or certified service center.
