Edan X8 Series Warranty Coverage Edan provides a 2-year warranty on all X Series patient monitor main units and a 1-year warranty on accessories. The warranty period begins on the date the product is shipped to the customer. What’s Included: - Free repair or replacement of manufacturer-defective parts - Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process for service claims - Optional 1–2 year extended warranty plans available upon request Warranty Exemptions: - Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or non-Edan accessories - Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration - Issues caused by operation outside of Edan’s published guidelines Support Commitment: - Edan will provide spare parts and technical support for at least 5 years from the delivery date - Repaired parts carry an additional 6-month warranty after service
