Warranty Statement – Mindray ePM 10A Patient Monitor The Mindray ePM 10A Patient Monitor is backed by a standard three (3) year manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. Coverage Includes: - Replacement or repair of hardware components found to be defective - Labor costs associated with authorized service personnel - Access to firmware updates and software patches issued during the warranty period Warranty Does Not Cover: - Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications - Routine maintenance, calibration, or consumables - Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance To make a warranty claim, please retain proof of purchase and contact your authorized Mindray distributor or certified service provider. Units must be returned in original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit. For extended coverage or optional service plans, please inquire with your representative.
